Fitness  

Fitness is a key component in the rehabilitation continuum.  Total Rehabilitation offers a wide variety of options in wellness programming to help people of any fitness level increase their ability to lead happy, healthy, productive lives.

Our programs are medically based and are designed to help participants reach their fitness goals and regain or maintain their health.  Our instruction is especially helpful for individuals with medical risk factors due to injury, illness, disease, disability or age and ideal for people who don't know how to start exercising or have never exercised before.  We are proud to provide a safe, welcoming, caring environment for those who are at lower fitness levels, while offering performance based workouts for those up to the challenge.

40 Minute Fitness

40 Minute Fitness is our flagship program. It is an innovative program that is incredibly effective at burning fat, increasing stamina, and improving performance.  40 Minute Fitness works all the major fitness components including endurance, strength, stamina, speed, power, coordination, agility, balance, and flexibility.

All workouts are designed and coached by a trainer, coaching people of all ability levels to improved fitness and performance.  Workouts are fun, challenging, and constantly varied ensuring clients continually make progress, come back, and get the results they want. All training is semi-private, meaning instructor-supervised and peer-driven, providing an excellent mix of individual coaching and group motivation.

We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour.  We combine elements of calisthenics, weight training, and sports agility drills using five primary modalities: bodyweight, dumbbells, elastic bands, sandbags, medicine and stability balls.

Using a wide variety of equipment increases the effort and variety.  Additional equipment we use includes: plyo boxes, treadmills, pull up bars, parrallettes, jump ropes and much more.  We also use several unique pieces of equipment you won't find anywhere else.

Basic Gym Membership

This option is great for the experienced exerciser looking for an economical alternative to the large fitness centers in the area. We offer a safe, clean, caring place for you to workout without feeling uncomfortable.  No contracts, no joining fees, and no hassles, we will help you reach your fitness goals.
